This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kamal Lakhotia being son of deceased. Deceased namely Snehlata Parmeshwar Dayal Lakhotia died intestate at Mumbai on 02.05.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 15.03.2009. Deceased was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.01.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
