This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Harish Nagli Gala being son of deceased. Deceased namely Harakwanti Nagji Gala said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 04.02.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and two daughgres. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2025 and Administration Bond date 26.10.2024 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
