P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Neha Santosh Iyer being Daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Murlidhar Vaman Velankar died intestate at Mumbai on 10.09.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of the deceased expired on 19.05.2018. One daughter viz Manjiri expired on 06.03.2022 she survived by husband and one daughter. Therefor, deceased was survived by three daughters, one son-in-law and one grand-daughter. One daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
