TP/5468/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Suyash Kalbhor i/b. B. G. Saraf, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pushpraj Singh being son of deceased. Deceased namely Rajmata Maharani Pravinkumari died intestate at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh on 18.01.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents, husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law are predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by only one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.01.2025 is filed. Since, petitioner is only surviving legal heir of deceased hence, Administration Bond is not required to be filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
