This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Aarti Suresh Khetan being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Suresh Shyamsunder Khetan died intestate at Mumbai on 23.08.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 02.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
