TP/5482/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Pramod Pawar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anagha Bhushan Shenolikar being married daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Giridhar Sadashiv Mondkar died intestate at Mumbai on 19.05.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no son and was survived by one married daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.01.2025 is filed. Since, petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of deceased hence, Administration Bond is not required to file. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
