TP/5484/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Archana M. Choraghe, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Pankaj Chunibhai Chag being son of deceased. Deceased namely Lila Chag alias Lilaben Chunibhai Chag alias Lila Chunilal alias Lilaben Chinubhai alias Lila C. Chag said to be died intestate at Ahmedabad on 24.12.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased namely Chunibhai Narandas Chag died on 18.05.2018. Deceased had no daughter and left behind him three sons. One son of deceased namely Sanjiv Chunibhai Chag since deceased the deceased who died on 02.03.2023 leaving behind his wife and two daughters. Deceased was survived by two sons, one daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
