TP/5494/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Reshma Sajawal a/w. Shivam Gupta, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Ramaswami Lakshminarayan and Mukund Rajan Ramaswami both being brothers of deceased. Deceased namely Ramaswami Damodaran died intestate at Mumbai on 21.05.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died leaving behind three brothers and two sisters. Out of them both two brothers are petitioners herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice 15.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.01.2025 filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
