Upon scrutiny of the petition, it appears that marital status of the deceased is mentioned as a spinster instead of widower, because in para No. 4 of the petitioner there is reference of wife of the deceased. According to the petitioner, the wife of the deceased is predeceased to the deceased and death certification is also annexed at Exhibit B. Considering the statement of the petitioner, Ld. Advocate is permitted to carry out an amendment in the title of the petition, so that correct marital status of the deceased will be mentioned. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from the date of uploading this order, f the petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded in the portal within 03 days from the date of amendment.
