1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, vide a praecipe dated 18.02.2025, seeks a permission to carry out necessary correction/amendment in the petition because in a portal, two petitions are available. According to Ld. Advocate, first petition was uploaded and after raising objections in the petition, by the department, she uploaded another petition with correction, instead of carrying out the correction in the earlier petition. Therefore, now there are two petition in the portal.

2. Considering the situation and to come out from such a situation, it will be proper to allow the petitioner to carry out an amendment in earlier petition which is uploaded first in time and duly verified. Furthermore, if such permission is not granted then very purpose of the filing this petition will be of no use. Hence, it will be proper to direct the petitioner to carry out the proper amendment and upload the petition under caption amended petition, which will be taken as final copy of the petition by following the due procedure, in this regard.

Petitioner to verify the petition as per order VI Rule 15 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as well as as per the provisions as per the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

Upon compliance of above said directions, the petition to be proceeded further according to chapter XXVI of the Bombay, High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
