1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 20.12.2024 petitioner has filed the affidavit and family tree. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner further submits that consent of all persons, whose names are mentioned in the family tree, is filed with the petition.

2. He further submits that pre-deceased brothers widows and sons have given the consent to the petition.

3. However, in the last order, a query was raised as to right of descendants of predeceased brothers of the deceased to claim an inheritance as per the provisions of the personal laws applicable to the deceased.
