This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Moti Dinshaw Irani being daughter of deceased through Constituted Attorney Paurchist Rustom Irani. Deceased namely Shirin Dinshaw Irani died intestate at U. S. A. on 07.03.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.08.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased died on 28.02.2014. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 16.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
