This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Manisha Shrikant Gujarathi and Devesh Shrikant Gujarathi being wife and son of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Shrikant Krushnarao Gujarathi died intestate at Karjat, Raigad on 07.01.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 04.08.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
