In view of averments made in the Petition, inter alia, with respect to beneficiary and legatee under the Will, requisition order dated 15.07.2025 requires to be dispensed with since one of the legatee is a special person in respect of whom natural guardian has already filed the consent Affidavit. Hence requisition dated 15.07.2025 stands expressly dispensed with.

All consent Affidavits are directed to accepted which are appended to Petition.
