1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Further while preparing the grant and upon perusal of the Will, it is noticed that primarily two Executors appointed under the Will. Out of them, one is petitioner herein and another Executrix namely Barkha Singh is required to file Affidavit for reserving or renouncing her rights to act as an Executrix. Hence, Order dated 10.03.2026 is required to be corrected.

2. In view of this, office not to proceed with the order dated 10.03.2026 passed for issuance of grant in this matter.

3. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, petitioner is permitted to correct the prayer clause of the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections in the petition within eight weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.
