Petitioner to file affidavit regarding pasting the citation on the Notice Board of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Notice board of the Collector, vide Rule 397 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. for that purpose, the citation to be re-issued. However, the office to ensure that no citation has been issued, herein before, and is pending with the office of the Sheriff of this Court for service thereof. Furthermore, if any citation is pending with the Sheriff's Office, the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner shall pay requisite fee/charges thereof.
