1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 20.02.2025 and thereby submits that on 06.02.2025, he moved a praecipe for amendment and same was allowed by the undersigned officer. However, in order dated 06.02.2025 only compliance order is passed. Hence, same may be corrected. Hence, after existing order clause No.1 additional directions required to be added.

2. Hence, minutes dated 06.02.2025 is corrected and read as;

"Read praecipe dated 06.02.2025 and thereby petitioner seeks permission to amend the title of the petition and to delete the para no. 3-a of the petition, correct the prayer clause of the petition and annex the death certificate as Exhibit-C-1". Furthermore, clause 2 of the draft amendment mentioned in the praecipe is rejected. Petitioner to file the fresh Oath. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending."
