TP/5591/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Khemani Prakash Issaradas, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vinod Kewal Khemani being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kewal Dayaram Khemani died intestate at Mumbai on 02.03.1988. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 15.10.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased namely Rajni Kewal Khemani since deceased the deceased who died on 15.10.2003. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
