1. Perused the Petition. It is seen that the Petition for Succession Certificate is filed against the property of the deceased No.1 Shantilal Ravji Shah and deceased No.2 Sushila Shantilal Shah the petition is filed by Prakash Hemchand Gala (Shah) being grandson of the deceased.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to the deceased filed by petitioner being grandson of the legal heir of the deceased. The deceased No.1 expired on 17.07.1997 and deceased No.2 expired on 03.06.1995. The Id Proof copy of Voter ID are annexed to the petition.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The Ld. Advocate states that the deceased are the husband and wife. The deceased had two daughters and two sons. In Para 6 of the petition ld. Adv. has mentioned the surviving legal heirs of both the deceased. All the legal heirs have filed their consent affidavits. The some of the properties mentioned in the schedule are jointly held by the deceased.

4. The Petitioner has filed the Oath dated 14.11.2024. The Ld. Advocate has filed the Administration bond executed by the petitioner on 09.01.2025. Affidavit of Service of General Notice dated 17.01.2025 is filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with.
