TP/5593/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. Lakdwala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Hardik Paresh Oza being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Surendrakumar Kanaiyalal Oza said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 18.02.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter and left one son only. Son of deceased namely Paresh Surendra Oza since deceased the deceased who died on 21.05.2016, leaving behind one son and two daughters. Deceased was survived by one grandson and two granddaughters. Out of them grandson is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.12.2024 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
