P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anil Arun Joglekar being the son of deceased 2 and nephew of deceased 1 and 3 of deceased respectively. Deceased no. (1) namely Balkrishna Hari Joglekar, who died intestate at Mumbai on 06.07.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. The Affidavit of the petitioner dated 28.03.2025 is on record for dispensation of identification proof of the deceased no. 1. The same is accepted.

Deceased No. (2) namely, Arun Hari Joglekar, who died intestate at Mumbai on 14.07.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. And Deceased No. (3) Shashikala Balkrishna Joglekar, who died interpreted at Mumbai on 26.12.2019. Copy of death certificate are annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhar card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased no. 1 and 3 are husband and wife and deceased no. 2 is brother of deceased no. 1. The mother of the deceased no. 1 and 2 predeceased the both the deceased. The wife of the deceased predeceased the deceased no. 2. Deceased No. 1 and 3 died issue-less. Deceased No. 2 is survived by one son, who is petitioner herein and left no daughters. The son is petitioner herein. Therefor, the petitioner is the only surviving legal heir. There are no other legal heirs. ...2

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.12.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
