1. Perused present Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to the deceased Mr. Mahavirprasad Phusaram Jajodia is filed by petitioner Mr. Sharad Mahavir Prasad Jajodia being son of the deceased. Deceased expired on 04.01.2004. Identification proof of deceased is Pan Card annexed to the petition.

2. Advocate for petitioner submits that the mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased died leaving behind his widow, two sons and four daughters. The Petitioner claim 1/7 share of the estate of the deceased. The Consent Affidavits in favour of the petitioner is filed by all the legal heirs and filed dated 06.03.2024. The Administration Bond is dated 24.12.2024.

3. The petitioner has filed the Oath and it is taken on record. Affidavit of Service of General Notice is dated 02.01.2025. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
