1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.03.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 4 of the petition and make an averment about the grand parents of the deceased by way of another praecipe. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner seeks permission to amend the schedule based upon the communication between the petitioner and the bank and true copy of the letter issued by the Bank of Baroda dated 15.03.2025. Said letter revels that locker no. 385 does not exist in the name of the deceased. In view of this document, Submission is accepted. Petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Upon filing the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.
