TP/5616/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Vivek Gothivarekar, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ramchandra Anant Shahapurkar, who is Husband of deceased. Deceased namely Rekha Ramchandra Shahapurkar, said to be died intestate at Thane on 30.06.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that Deceased was survived by Husband and Two son. Out of them Husband is petitioner and both son have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.01.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
