This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Chandrakant Prabhudas Jadhwani being son of deceased. Deceased namely Dr. Prabhudas alias Pribhdas Jadhwani died intestate at Mumbai on 03.12.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 24.03.1992. Deceased was survived by two sons and one married daughter. Out of them one son petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
