This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Tanuja Makarand Desai being sister of deceased. Deceased namely Suraja Vishwanath Agshikar died intestate at Mumbai on 02.04.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. Deceased was survived by three sisters. Out of them one sister is petitioner herein and remaining both the sisters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
