1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 01.11.2025 stating therein that compliance as per the directions issued in the Grant dated 02.05.2025. Copy of grant is annexed to the said Affidavit as Exhibit - "A" and Schedule thereto refers to the two properties namely one flat at Juhu, Mumbai, Bunglow at Pune and other movable assets as per para Nos. 2 to 12 of the said Affidavit. The said properties has been transferred as per the grant.
