1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Meghraj Gokuldas Manerkar and Chaitanya Nitin Rane being brother and sister of deceased. Deceased namely Mandar Gokuldas Manerkar died intestate at Mumbai on 11.05.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one brother and one sister who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.11.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
