This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging jointly both the deceased filed by petitioner namely Zeni Nuruddin Savliwala being married daughter of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Nomanbhai Mohamadali Bhimdiwala said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 30.04.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Rukaiyabai Nomanbhai Bhimdiwala said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 29.04.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition.

Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 29.10.2024 for dispensation of Identification proof of both deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased of both the deceased predeceased to them. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 are husband and wife. Both the deceased was survived by one married daughter. Both the deceased had no son and no other daughter. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2025. Petitioner is sole legal heirs hence, Administration Bond is not file. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
