Advocate for petitioner submits that petitioner who is Executor appointed under the Will is expired therefore, he seeks time to take appropriate steps in the matter.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner further submits that there are other three Executors appointed under the Will however, all the three Executors have filed their respective Affidavits for Renunciation of their rights to act as an Executors. Hence, Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to convert the present petition from Probate to Letters of Administration with Will. Amendment is allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner reupload the amended petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner move praecipe as and when the compliance done in the matter. Remove from board.
