This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Deepak Anant Sonawane being one of the Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Manjula Jethalal Chheda died at Mumbai on 01.10.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 20.04.2023. The said Will is in Gujarati language and official translation of the said Will is not filed. The Para No. 2 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executors. Only two Executor appointed under the Will. Petitioner is one of the executors and Affidavit of reserving or renouncing the rights of another executor namely Jigar Vasant Gala is not filed.

3. Details of the husband and daughter of deceased not stated in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by four sons who all have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Tikam Chand Purohit dated 13.03.2024 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 22.04.2024 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
