1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by two petitioners namely Ami Akshay Pandit and Niyati Akshay Pandit, who are widow & daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Akshay Dharmendra Pandit, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 17.11.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one daughter both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.01.2025 filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
