The petitioner has field an affidavit dated 20.08.2025. Perused the said affidavit, the petitioner has presumed that mother of Shridhar is predeceased the deceased. He raised the presumption on the basis of the age of Shridhar Kasture. However, such presumption is the rule of the Evidence and it can be drawn as per the Law by the Court and not by the party to the petition. Hence, the petitioner to take steps accordingly and to state the fact about the mother of said Shridhar. 2.
