This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ameet Hanumant Mondkar being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Anagha Hanumant Mondkar died intestate at Mumbai on 13.04.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by one brother only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.01.2025 and as petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of deceased Administration Bond is not required to file. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
