Heard Ms. Bhagwat learned Advocate for Petitioners. 3.

By virtue of objection / requisition dated 18.11.2025 addressed by email to the Petitioners, the Department has once again raised an identical requisition which was raised previously. The previous requisition was numbered as objection No.3 in the Department requisition dated 25.11.2024.

Pursuant thereto the same was duly complied with by the Petitioners and only thereafter the Department had allotted final number to Petition on 03.12.2024 which can be seen from the order of Department. Raising the same requisition again is not justified.

Ms. Bhagwat informs the Court that said requisition was already complied with earlier.

Be that as it may, Department shall ensure that the compliance is taken which was given earlier and issue the Grant without any delay whatsoever.

In view of the above, the requisition dated 18.11.2025 stands dispensed with.

Praecipe is disposed.
