This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jennifer Singh Tanwar being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Sebastian David Pereira said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 27.06.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Voter ID is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had two daughters and one son. Wife of deceased died on 20.03.2013. Son of deceased Keith died on 01.303.2024, who died leaving behind his wife and she also expired on 11.07.2018. They had issue from their wedlock. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of the one daughter is petitioner and another daughter has filed her consent Affidavit. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
