Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

In view of the averments made in the Petition and the fact that Petitioner has taken steps to issue citation, but the whereabouts of the married daughter having not been known. The requisition dated 07.10.2025 stands dispensed with.

Mr. Jadhav informs the Court that necessary administration bond has already been filed. That should be adequate enough. Petition seeks Letters of Administration to the property and credits of the deceased.

Names of the legal heirs are stated in paragraph No.4 have already filed their consent Affidavits which are appended to the Petition. In the circumstances, there can be no impediment in allowing the present Petition. Petition is allowed in terms as prayed for. 6.

Department is directed to issue Grant to Petitioner within a period of four weeks from today subject to removal of all office objections.
