1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ketan Sharadchandra Bharatia being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Sharadchandra Harilal Bharatia died intestate at Vasai, Palghar on 16.05.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 1 namely Usha Sharadchandra Bharatia died intestate at Vasai, Palghar on 23.02.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. As per Exhibit - "C" annexed to the petition, deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased is survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.03.2026 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
