This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Madhavi Rubin Chheda being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Dhanji Lakhamsi Sawla died intestate at Mumbai on 28.11.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and widow has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
