TP/5729/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Bendra, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that in this matter, Interim Application (L) No. 19451 of 2025 is disposed off by an order dated 14.01.2026.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Wilfred Lobo being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Domnic Xavier Lobo died intestate at Mumbai on 23.01.1993. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased No. 1 viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Vera Alfred Lobo died intestate at Mumbai on 26.06.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by three sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and remaining both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice is dated 04.03.2026 is filed. Administration Bond is not yet filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. Also, statutory period of service of citation not yet completed.
