1. Petitioner to take steps in respect of the one of the legal heir Ms. Charuta Suhas Limaye on mentally retardation. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in respect of the guardianship certificate.

2. Petitioner to justify the share of Ms. Charuta Suhas Limaye, a legal heir who is of mentally Retardation as per the Rule 422 (a)(i) of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

3. Petitioner to correct the amount in administration bond as it is not executed for the gross amount. Hence, petitioner to execute the administration bond as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.
