1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner mentioned the matter and submitted that he has tendered the praecipe on 11.03.2025 for amendment in the marital status of the daughter of the deceased. However, in order dated it is written as petitioner to aver the marital status of the deceased. Furthermore, as pe the order dated 16.12.2024, it was directed to take steps to state about the mother of the since deceased husband. However, in order dated 11.03.2025, it is written as petitioner to state about the mother of the deceased. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In Paragraph No. 1 of the Order dated 11.03.2025 is corrected and read as under;

"Petitioner is permitted to amend the petition by making an averment about the marital status of the daughter of the deceased as well as aver about the since deceased husband of the deceased.

Submissions are accepted. Praecipe is allowed."

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 11.03.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Adjourned to already scheduled date.
