1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nandkumar G. Koranne, who is Son of the both deceased. Deceased no. 1. namely Govind Korane and deceased no. 2 namely Nalini Goivind Koranne, both died intestate at Mumbai on 10.09.2019 and 13/09/2016 respectively. Copies of death certificates are annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of both deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card are already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Deceased was survived by one son and two daughter. Out of them son is petitioner and both daughters have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.03.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
