TP/5741/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Shyam P. Gupta, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Mahendrakumar Natvarlal Shah being Nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Jashwantrai Gokaldas Shah died intestate at Gujarat on 06.06.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 26.07.2024 for dispensation of Identification proof of deceased. The said Affidavit is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased had no sister and had only one brother Natwarlal Shah who is father of petitioner. The said brother namely Natwarlal Shah died on 29.02.2000 leaving behind only son and had no daughter. Deceased was survived by one nephew who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.12.2024are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
