This petition is for Probate of authenticated copy of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Shailesh Suresh Pathare sole Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Kunda Suresh Pathare died at New York, U.S.A on 07.11.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at New York City, U.S.A., on 06.11.2018. The said Will was probated. The authenticated copy of the Probate of Will was granted by State of New Jersey, Middlesex County Surrogate's Court on 16.01.2020 under the seal of County of Middlesex to the petitioner herein. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that this petition is maintainable as per section 228 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
