1. Petitioner to state about the widow the Navneeet, who is class-I legal heirs of the father of the deceased, as per Rule 3 of the Sec. 16 read with Section 15(1) (d) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

2. Petitioner has executed the administration bond. However, Stamp paper fee is paid online and same is not defaced. Hence, the petitioner to take steps to deface it or to take steps for adjudicate the document by taking proper steps as per Sec. 33, 34 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958 or the petitioner may execute the fresh administration Bond. Hence, take steps.
