This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kenneth Dennis Anthony Dsouza being son of deceased. Deceased namely Julian Dsouza died intestate at Mumbai on 06.05.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.06.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Denver Agneno James Dsouza died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.01.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
