TP/5791/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Namita Shirke, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hemangi Washishtha Balse being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Malati Washishtha Balse died intestate at Mumbai on 05.02.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Satindra Washishtha Balse and his wife namely Shamala P. Sathe both died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
