This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Priti Ajay Dodiya and Atul Bachubhai Dodiya being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Ajay Bachulal Dodiya died at Mumbai on 12.06.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 25.05.2023. The said Will is in English language. The Para No.18 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executor. Only two Executor appointed under the Will.

3. It is noticed that petitioner himself is Attesting Witness to the Will. Ld. Advocate states that he can file Affidavit of another Attesting Witness to the Will. He seeks time. Time is granted.
