TP/5820/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Hema Prasad i/b. Ms. Sapna Chobe, Advocate for petitioner. P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by three petitioners namely Uday Padmakar Vaidya, Milind Padmakar Vaidya and Aarti Ganesh Gholba, who are sons and daughter of the deceased respectively. Deceased namely Vaidya Padmakar Shankarrao, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 10.05.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As Petitioner no. 1 has filed Affidavit dated 09.08.2024 for dispensation of the Identification proof of deceased, which is annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife also predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. All three are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.01.2025 filed separately through e-filing. All legal heirs are petitioners hence Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
